Mrs. Johnson is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Nevada and a Certified Residential Appraiser in California. She is a native Nevadan with over 35 years of appraisal experience. She was the vice president and assistant chief appraiser for Eagle Service Corporation, a subsidiary of First Federal Savings and Loan prior to joining Johnson-Perkins & Associates. Mrs. Johnson leads our firm's residential practice specializing in appraisal and consultation assignments of lakefront properties, vacant residential land and large estates. She has served on several committees for the Appraisal Institute - including the Admission Committee and Sierra Nevada Chapter Board of Directors. Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Residential Appraisal Demonstration Reports Subcommittee of the National Residential Admissions Committee. In addition, she represented Region 1 on the National Admissions Committee and the National Residential Appraiser Board from 1995 to 1998. Community endeavors include serving as a Girl Scout Leader for more than 13 years and a three-year stint as president of the Whittell High School Boosters Club, an organization she volunteered in for more than 13 years. Mrs. Johnson graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture majoring in home economics.
