Ms. Sanders is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Nevada. She has been a South Lake Tahoe resident since 1997 and has been part of the Johnson-Perkins & Associates team since 1998. Her experience includes multiple right-of-way appraisals for the Nevada Department of Transportation and the Nevada Commission for the Reconstruction of the V&T Railroad as well as a variety of commercial, industrial, multi-family and vacant land appraisals. She has also completed multiple ranch and forest land appraisals for various local land trusts as well as for the Trust for Public Land, including appraisals of conservation easements. She graduated from California State University, Northridge - with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis in finance.
